Inshore
The Inshore division of Aotearoa Fisheries Limited is made up of wetfish species and rock lobster. Wetfish predominantly consists of inshore wild fisheries and includes strong holdings in snapper, bluenose, tarakihi and other key species.
AFL's Inshore Wetfish division focuses on fresh and chilled fish products. AFL exports to a number of countries, but maintains services to the domestic market, including a strong association with the restaurant and hotel foodservice trade.
The Inshore division includes a separate business unit for rock lobster interests. Harvesting lobster from the North Island coast this is predominantly for live export to clients throughout Asia
