OPC Fish and Lobster
OPC fish and lobster limited is an inshore processing and marketing company, based in Whitianga in the Coromandel region of New Zealand. It was acquired by AFL in March 2007 and operates as a very successful business focusing on inshore wetfish, lobster and scallops.
This business is very complementary to AFL's existing operations which strengthens its position in key North Island inshore fisheries and is complementary to the existing inshore operations. It maintains the highest quality of seafood products and in 2009 won the Best Supplier category in the Seafood Excellence Awards at the Sydney Fish Market.
